Damp Consultants is an independent damp surveying practice based in Blackburn, serving residential and commercial clients across Lancashire and the wider North West of England.

Unlike traditional damp-proofing contractors, we do not sell chemical injections, ventilation systems or remedial repair work. Our only product is an honest diagnosis. That independence means our recommendations are based purely on building science and evidence — not commission.

Every survey we carry out follows the assessment standards of the Property Care Association (PCA), giving our clients reports that are recognised by mortgage lenders, insurers, courts and solicitors.
